This is a real achievement and an important one' --This text refers to the Hardcover edition. It's a terrific read -- both entertaining and informative -- and I'm learning a lot from it. How descend the nuclear energy plan is in a mess because the French did not buy out British Energy 2. Still, when I turn to Geoffrey Wheatcroft's fascinating review of Piers Brandon's The Decline and Fall of the British Empire 1781-1997 I have to pause at the title's suggested comparison to Edward Gibbon's Rome. 09dbfm3e2: February 26th, 2012.
